Project Graduation: The Digital Advantage has gained state and national attention for its impact on attendance, freshman promotion rates and especially high school graduation numbers. When Project Graduation was launched in November 2007, the district set a goal to have the 556 students on track in the fall graduate in May 2008. Through credit recovery courses and other interventions, 598 students earned diplomas. In 2009, a record high 715 students graduated. In 2010, 821 students graduated from the Sunnyside District.
